Q: Do you offer custom sizes?
A: Yes we do! We can manufacture any shape/size in our product line. For unique or odd shaped items, you can email, fax, or mail your sketches/templates to us at: info@AmericanDownandFeather.com, or PO Box 637 Eastlake, CO 80614

Q: Can I get a sample?
A: If you are a current, active customer we will gladly send you a sample at no charge. If you are a prospective customer, once we receive your Sales Tax ID & Credit Card Information, we will send you a sample for a nominal charge, and shipping.

Q: Do you offer other colors/fabrics in addition to the white down proof ticking?
A: Yes.  We offer 100% Cotton Down Proof Ticking in White,  67% Cotton - 33% Polyester Microfiber Down Proof Ticking in White Sateen, Quilted Organic Cotton and Polyester Mattress Ticking in Natural, 100% Organic Cotton Ticking in Natural, 60% Hemp - 40% Organic Cotton in Natural, 100% Cotton Premium Sateen Drapery Lining in White and Ivory, 50% Cotton - 50% Polyester Hi-Sheen Drapery Lining in White and Ivory, and 30% Cotton - 70% Polyester "Budget Drapery Lining" in White and Ivory.  Call us for details.   

Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: We offer a standard 5% case discount from our published prices for throw pillows and bed pillows.  We will provide competitive price quotes for larger orders.  Please contact us to discuss your project.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: We ship to many locations outside of the US. For international orders we require prepayment.

Q: Can we use our own shipper account number?
A: Yes you can. Please let us know if you have any questions. If you are using UPS, simply provide your account number and we'll take care of the rest. For any other carrier, please let us know when you place your order.

Q: Do you offer terms?
A: After your first order paid by Credit Card or C.O.D. we do offer terms with an approved credit application. 

Q: Can I ship my order to another address (drop ship)?
A: Yes, just provide us with the drop ship address and we'll ship your order to your drop ship with a packing slip (no pricing included).  See Services.

Q: Can I (as a designer/upholsterer) have my customer contact you directly?
A: We prefer not to assist your customer directly. We work for you, the design professional, and wish to respect the business relationship you have with your customers.
