Orders must be inspected upon receipt.

No claims for missing or damaged goods will be accepted after 10 business days.

All prices shown on this website are F.O.B.

Established credit accounts are billed at our standard terms of NET 30 DAYS. Interest of 1 1/2% per month (18% annually) will be
charged to all past due balances.

All C.O.D's over $1,000.00 require certified check, cashier's check, or money order at the time of receipt or a 50% deposit prior to shipment.

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of all our products. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and any returns must first obtain an authorization number before they will be accepted. All claims that are due to damage incurred while shipping must be filed with the appropriate carriers and are not the responsibility of American Down & Feather.

All cancellations and returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Custom made items are NOT RETURNABLE
