We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to troubleshoot a website problem or hosting issue you might be having.

Return Policy

Refunds: A refund in the amount of the product will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your package(s). Note: Refunds for Shipping Charges only the result of our error.

To exchange an item, please return your item and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive. All returns will be credited back to the card for which they were purchased. Please do not request exchanges in your returned package. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days, and/or for items that have been used or soiled.

  • First Orders - We require a copy of your sales tax license (or EIN in no tax) and all first orders are pre-paid by credit cards. We will consider terms with a filled out credit application.
  • Lead Times- Standard production time is 5 business days from when we receive the order. Larger orders require additional production time, please call for details. We can do rush orders based on availability only.
  • Please Note: production times do not include shipping.
  • Measuring - Call us and we will gladly help you.
  • Allowances/Over-sizing - We typically oversize our pillow and cushion inserts by up to an inch; order your inserts according to your finished product's measurements.
